BSOD and also a host reset after have vm running for couple hours

Description
Today I noticed two situations with VirtualBox:
- Right after shutdown a Ubuntu 14.04 vm, I tried to boot again, it caused a bsod with vboxdrv.sys, or something like that.
- I leave a boot2docker vm running for few yours, I also ran a Solaris 11 machine during this period, shutdown Solaris 11 a leave my computed without use for 1 hour, after this period I tried to boot the same ubuntu vm which caused BSOD before and now my host just got a hardware reset and machine booted again.
