Can't install 4.3.14 on W7 (Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely)

Description
I just downloaded the 4.3.14 version of virtual box to upgrade my previous running 4.3.12 install. I uninstalled the 4.3.12 after encountering same error I got after upgrading. I got no exception number just a message "Oracle VM Virtual Box 4.3.14 Setup Wizard Ended Prematurely". Using msi tools didn't show any more details. I didn't find any logs. Resinstalling 4.3.12 is also not possible, I got same error.
