Error drive i/o in some USB2

Description
My host is Ubuntu 7.10(64bits) and guest is WinXP when I attach some USB2 flash drive it is recognized and but try to access it, I receive the following error: "E:\ is not accessible" example(SD with adapter USB,dlink tuner USB2) .
But other usb work fine example(flash MP3)
