Guru Meditation -4004 (VERR_VMX_INVALID_VMXON_PTR)

Windows 7 host, Ubuntu Guest The guest is running primarily to host a Jenkins instance - no other activity on the guest. In this specific instance, no one was even logged on to the guest, and minimal activity was occurring (a short Jenkins job executing every hour is about all). This seems to happen every few days in this configuration. Since there is not much activity, there is often a large gap between when the problem occurs and when it's noticed, so I don't have any specifics about what might be going on with the host or guest at the actual time of the problem. I realize there's not a lot to go on here, but thought I should report since it's happened multiple times (including on the previous VirtualBox version).

Is it possible that you have any other hypervisor present/active on your Windows host?
