VirtualBox Kernel Driver not accessible to current user

Description
When I try to start, or install a virtual machine the machine fails to start giving me an error (screenshots are attached) that says the VirtualBox Kernel Driver is not accessible to the current user. I am running 32-bit Ubuntu Linux 7.10.

Which version of VBox are you using? The one from our website? Are you member of the group
vboxusers
and did you logout+relogin after adding the current user to that group? Please check withgroups
I am using 1.5.6 (the full edition).

There is a group vboxusers but no user is member of that group. That's the problem.
Which version of VBox are you using? The one from our website? Are you member of the group
