Description
I allocated a new VM with 4 gb memory, 2 processors, and a 40 GB hard drive. I set the CD ROM to a freshly downloaded Windows 2012 R2 Standard image (ISO file). It loaded up the loader, paused for 3 beats, then crashed. Repeated 3 times (definition of insanity). Log and png files attached.
Host is Win7x64. I have several other working VMs -- win7x64 and win2k8R2.
My VirtualBox version is 4.3.8.

You have to change the OS version from "Other Windows" to "Windows 2012", in the VM settings window.
