Description
Unable to install plugin /my/path/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-4.3.8-92456.vbox-extpack.
The installer failed with exit code 127: Error creating textual authentication agent: Error opening current controlling terminal for the process (`/dev/tty'): No such device or address.

Which Linux distribution is that? VBox usually tries to install the extpack by calling a sudo manager. Maybe this does not work on your box.

If VirtualBox started as root the error not happens and the installation of the Extension Pack works fine. If starts as VirtualBox %U only.
