Reboot after wakeup from standby after VBOX uninstall

Description
My PC reboots (immediate cold boot!!!) when I wake it up from standby mode after virtualbox has been uninstalled. If I install virtualbox again, it correctly wakes up from standby. This behaviour is 100% reproducable on my system.
My system specs: Dell Optiplex 755, BIOS A21 Windows 7 Pro SP1 German, 8GB RAM All latest Microsoft Patches installed All newest drivers for installed hardware installed (non-beta)
I attached a list of installed drivers. Maybe the uninstallation of virtualbox messes something up in the drivers?
