1	1	It seems that this multiple-CPU issue has been around for years. I am too having the same issue, on Windows 8.1 64-bit machine running on a Mac Pro Host machine w/ OS X 10.9.4. I had this same issue over 2 years ago with VirtualBox 4.1, then w/ 4.2, and still with 4.3.16. When is this going to ever be resolved!?

	3	I've decided to use Parallels and it's lightyears better, albeit I can only go up to 8 cores I believe.
