 mkdir mnt
 popup at bottom of screen
 devices > shared folders > transient folders > add folder
 select folder Documents on C: drive
 sudo mount -t vboxsf Documents mnt
 sudo cp mnt/da0114.tgz . (copy a file)
 sudo umount mnt
 popup > close VM > save VM state
