Ubuntu 13.10 can't find its HDD after a reboot

Description
On first boot, everything work fine, but if i do a shutdown -r now or a reboot, the guest crash while booting complaining it can't find the hard-disk anymore. Attached is a printscreen of the error and Virtualbox Logs
