BSOD when pluging USB devince or saving VM

Description

Host Win-7 64 bits, guests CentOs 6.4. Whenever I plug USB devices, while vms are running, I get BSOD. Happens 100% of the time.
Bug check string: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I also got BSOD when trying to save my VMS.
Bug check string:DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION

read ticket #12112, its a combination of system corruption and USB3.0 reinstall your host and use USB2.0 port... that solved my problem... had it for 2 week myself even sent my pc to service center for hardware check

Please try the following test build

Test build 89545 is available. It won't make problematic devices to appear in guests, but it should prevent host crashes. Please take a look at #12119.
