Seamless Ubuntu 12.04 Broken

Description
When using seamless mode with ubuntu 12.04 with fresh install of latest guest additions. Seamless mode does not function properly. I have attempted to use all the different session types (GNOME, GNOME CLASSIC, etc) and none of them work. When started using gnome classic, the two taskbars come into place where they should. However, when clicking on any windows application, the tasksbars and any open ubuntu windows all fade to the background. Also, when attempting to move seamless windows, graphics artifacts the size of the window being moved are left behind.
