So it appears that you can only download a part of this package. I've just removed that binary from the download server and uploaded it again. Could you try if you can download the full-sized package now? Thank you!

So there's still some edgesuite.net server delivering partial data. So far the experience was that getting a ticket created (and resolved) which forces re-fetching generally takes longer (1+ days) than the server picking up the right data automatically (usually less than a day)...

We experimented with a faster style of doing our uploads, and we learned our lesson. Next time there should be no more partial file hiccups.
