I have raised a topic in forum as well from which I could learn that it is my network adapter that is causing some kind of problem (p.s. https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=56781 https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=56616)

I am using Vbox in HP envy sleekbook PC6, with windows 8 OS-64bit, i5 core, 8gb ram with Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter.

Following are the crash reports that were generated with the causative driver:

  1. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after reading the dump file i learnt that it caused by VBoxNetFlt.sys!!
  2. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (ndis.sys) caused by netr28x.sys
  3. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (nwifi.sys) and NDIS6.0

Please look into this matter. Thank you

Unfortunately the minidumps all show crashes in nwifi.sys and ndis.sys (Windows components) and do not show any connection to the VirtualBox drivers. I'm afraid we can't do much here without a minidump that points directly at one of the VirtualBox drivers.
