Unexpected crash

Description
Let the machine running quiescent overnight, found it crashed in the morning. After clicking "OK" to shut it down, the window remained open but black, had to kill the unresponsive VM manager manually.

Apologies for the delay in getting the logs uploaded. Work firewall issues, I think.

This crash usually happens if you run another VMM in parallel to VirtualBox. Note that the Windows XP compatibility mode counts as another VMM as well.

If another VM ran overnight, it was not my doing. It could have been a remote admin job, however. Can you tell from the logs?

No, I can't sorry. The VT-x root mode is a non-shareable resource and VirtualBox can only check if some other application switched the host into root mode, not which application it was.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
The least bit of information which is required to look at the problem is the VBox.log file of the VM session.
