VirtualBox kills Intel's "Advanced Network Settings"

Description
I am using the following network cards in my computer with the latest Intel driver versions (9.16.10.0).
- Intel 82566DM-2 Gigabit
- Intel Pro/1000 PT
My computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise x64 with all current updates installed.
While installing the Intel drivers I made sure that ANS checkbox is set (install advanced network settings). This should result in having a VLAN & teaming tab in the NIC's device property (device manager, windows 7).
Deinstalling VirtualBox made this settings appear and let me configure my VLANs. After installing VirtualBox again the VLAN tab went away. I am able to use the virtual interfaces afterwards.
I guess this is due some influence of the virtualbox bridging drivers, not sure...
Please let me know if you need further information.

Have the same problem
onboard Intel I217-V
Intel PRO/1000 PT Dual Port Server Adapter
No way to get the "Teaming" Tab with installed Virtualbox 4.2.18. Virtualbox Bridged Network Driver Miniport blocks it. Would be nice to define Virtualbox Bridged Network Adapters on teamed adapters.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
Yes, more of the same here:

Only workaround so far is to simply uninstall VirtualBox after use. So long as VirtualBox is installed, the advanced networking tabs disappear.
Haven't investigated far enough to understand if installing or re-install also kills (Intel) networking preferences, or if they are maintained after VirtualBox is uninstalled again.
