Description
When I start <<VirtualBox.exe --startvm "path_to_VM">> it works only if path_to_VM doesn't have some Unicode characters (specific to a language, like the u with 2 dots above from Munchen). It shows an error message saying that the VM was not found and it displays the path with those Unicode characters doubled into some strange ones. If I start <<VBoxManage.exe --startvm "path_to_VM"/UUID>> or <<VirtualBox.exe --startvm UUID>> it works with any combination. But I prefer using <<VirtualBox.exe --startvm "path_to_VM">> so could you please fix it...? Thank you.
Regards, Cosmin

Could you please attach a log file and provide a sample of one of those error messages? Could this be some problem of character set configuration? It sounds to me like a problem of UTF-8 being interpreted as an 8-bit fixed width character set.
