I suppose this is IO APIC function issue.

Hello, I confirm that I had to downgrade to VB 4.2.10 in order to be able to access the USB again.

Host: Windows 7 SP1, 64 bits, Intel Core i5

Confirm that bug in version 4.3.2 on all 64bit Windows/Linux editions.

Downgrading didn't help!

Any chance for fix this bug?
