Source VM for linked clone remains to be marked as 'Linked' when its clone has been deleted

Description
There seems to be a little bug with linked clone:
- Clone some VM with 'linked' option.
Now source VM is marked as "Linked".
- Delete the clone.
- Source VM is still marked as "Linked".
