[REGRESSION] Guest Control Execute no longer works in Linux RHEL 3 & 4 guests

Description
Host: Windows 7 x64 + VBox 4.2.8
Guest: RHEL 3+4, 32-bit
Guest Control Execute no longer works with RHEL 3 & 4, but works with RHEL 5&6 guests. It worked with VBox 4.1.6.
Command:
C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox>VBoxManage guestcontrol "RHEL 3 32-bit" execu te --image "/bin/uname" --username root --password 123456 --wait-stdout -- -a

There is no VBox.log file. I the reason for this problem is the same like in #11556.
