Description
During the OS/2 Warp 4 install process, there are several points where it asks you to take all diskettes out of the drive and then press the OK button to reboot. Pressing the OK button multiple times doesn't have any effect. The workaround is to "insert ctrl-alt-delete" from virtualbox's VM window.
