Shared Clipboard not working only for regular files/directories

Description
I have Windows 7 host and guest systems installed. VirtualBox version 4.2.4r81684 and GA correctly installed. Shared Clipboard set to Bidirectional.
This is my problem: when I try to copy/paste some text it works fine in both directions. When I try to copy/paste regular files or directories (for instance from desktop to desktop) it does not work in both directions
I tried to re-install GA, to reboot guest and anything else, but still copying regular files is not working.
Please tell me what logs and info you need to investigate this issue.

Copying of files or directories does not work because the shared clipboard supports only text and bitmap formats. There is no plan to change this.
