VirtualBox Guest Maximizes (Popups) by itself when minimized

Description
Since latest VirtualBox version I have problem when VirtualMachine is mnimized (Debian Squeeze). From time to time it popups and maximize on screen, even minized in fullscreen mode. It hapeens when I do nothing, it happens when I play games. It is really annoying when you aiming a tank and then - bang - VM popups. ;-)

same problem. have been having this for a while, since 4.2 and I'm on 4.3.6 right now.
windows host has multiple displays, but vbox is full screen on just one. randomly (after some lengthy period of time), the guest window pops open on the main display (i have it full screen on display 3). It has a blue border on it, but no maximize/minimize/close buttons. If I hit CTRL+F it switches to windowed mode and hitting CTRL+F causes it to full-screen back on display 3.
