Mouse out of sync using rdp

Hi,
I've noticed that whem using RDP to access the VM, the host mouse pointer gets out of sync with the guest mouse pointer.
I've all settings setup to their defaults. IS there any switch to improve this?

Which guest OS is it? Did you install the VirtualBox Guest Additions in the guest?
