USB Redirect not working

Description
Going to Devices | USB Devices | <Selecting the USB device to use> Audio is played notifying the device has been removed from the host, then plugged into the guest. Device Manager shows the device, but has a worning icon on it. Attempted to reinstall the driver, but get told the best driveer is already in use. This happens with all USB flashdrives and USB HDD.
Host: Fedora 17 x64 Kernel: 3.5 Guest: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
