VirtualBox sometimes crashes when Windows 7 host resumes from standby

Sometimes when I wake my Windows 7 host from standby, VirtualBox crashes. Below are the details provided by the error message from Windows.

this happens to me also.

host is Windows 7 entreprise, and guest Windows 7 pro.
