10823	Entering long description in Manager causes manager window error	Nich		"A long entry int he description in the General/Description field with cause the manager window to become as wide as the description.  This will happen when the field is expanded int the primary Manager list.  The field does not wrap the entry correctly.

Manager window is not allowed to resize to smaller until description is changed.


Occurs on Linux host but have not tested on Solaris and Windows.
