Description
I was attempting to use a centos x64 netinstall iso (centos 5.8/6.3 respectively) to do a guest install. As the kernel starts, the entire host machine reboots. This was repeatable. The guests were created via the wizard with 768mb ram for each attempt. All other defaults were accepted. VBOX version 4.1.18 r78361 on WindowsXP SP3, fully patched with 40+gb of free space and 3gb of recognized ram. I can't provide a VBOX.log as it wasn't created.

Seems like you've attached a wrong dump file: the current is a SbClientManager.exe user-mode app access violation crash minidump.
The SbClientManager.exe has nothing to do with VBox, and [unsurprisingly] has no VBox modules loaded in its process addr space according to the dump.
Please provide a minidump associated with your OS crash, if available.
