Description
Virtual box halted upon completion of RHEL 5.6 installation, please see file attached. I have also tried guest OS RHEL 5.0 and virtual box 4.1.10 but getting same problem. Please help. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for info, looks like virtualization not enabled in BIOS, trying to enable now, will update again

I would like to keep this ticket open as it might affect other users which cannot enabled VT-x.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent VirtualBox release.
This is the same problem like in #3456 (although there was no response to that ticket anymore).
As this problem does only happen if VT-x is not enabled and most processors contain this feature these days, the priority of fixing such bugs is quite low.
To enable VT-x for your CPU, enter the host BIOS setup and enable 'Virtualization technology' or 'VT-x' or something like that. A BIOS upgrade might also help.
