Cannot login to this bug tracker using Opera browser

Whenever I click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of this bug tracker using the Opera browser, I get redirected to Oracle Access Manager:

An error message says (I'm translating from Italian):

System error. Try again. If the error persists, contact the administrator.

I'm forced to use Firefox to login and use this bug tracker.

Works very well here with Opera 12.02.

I created account, using Firefox 51, Oracle login redirects to, which then says site temp moved to a URL like Then goes nowhere.
