Windows 8 gues crashes on RDP

Description
When attempting to RDP into a Windows 8 guest (64bit - customer preview), the guest will crash Virtualbox.
The guest has the 76937 guest additions installed.
The log file seems to indicate the issue is in D3DCAPS9 (attached)

The crash happened in the Intel graphics driver on the host. I was not able to reproduce the crash on a host with a NVidia graphics card. So most likely this is a bug in the Intel graphics driver. You could try to install the latest version of the driver, if available, to see if this fixes the crash.

Unfortunately I am on the current driver. I tried rolling back to the prior two to see if helped but it does not.
Oddly enough, I can RDP into other OS's (Windows 7, Windows 2008) without an issue. It's only Windows 8 it's crashing on.
