VirtualBox crashes on GRUB prompt

Description

Hi,

VirtualBox has been crashing on the GRUB prompt consistently, though not 100% of the time. It seems like the first time I boot the VM it'll boot successfully, then subsequent reboots and powerups will fail. If I wait a few minutes and boot the VM again, it'll boot successfully, but then subsequent reboots will crash again.

I'm attaching one VBox.png and a few VBox.log files.

Any idea if this is a regression, that is, did you experience similar problem with VirtualBox 4.1.8?

I don't know, I only created this VM after upgrading to 4.1.10.

Still reproducible with VBox 4.1.22?
