VirtualBox 4.1.10 kills debian x64 VM in windows 7 on reboot

Description
At first boot of the debian x64 VM all works perfectly, while shutting down the computer it forces to kill the process (the virtual machine was shut down manually), and on reboot the virtual machine and also the config file is dead. Also the SSL bug is still happening.

Please attach a VBox.log file of such a VM session. And which SSL bug are you talking about?
