guest win xp unexpectedly goes on reboot

Description
- create a win xp guest
- start it
- run MS Visual studio configured for winphone development
- close the vm, save the state (do not close MS VS)
- next day, resume the work under xp
- not immediately, but at some point the xp will crash.
(Have seen this twice)
BTW, your Help-About window closes as soon as I try to copy the text or re-type it in another window
