Unable to pick which harddrive to boot from when there are more than one

Description
I have two HDs, one under SATA (bootable) and one under IDE (non bootable). However, "Boot order" list only has one item in it (Hard drive) standing for all disks, and doesn't allow to choose which one to boot from. IDE is picked first and system becomes unbootable.
"Boot order" list should have all hard drives in it if more then one of them are defined.
