Hello,

The VirtualBox has been crashed several times during this month on my Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit, so that the guest machine has been aborted for this reason.

The latest log (VBoxSVC.log.1) ends with:

39:33:46.082 Watcher ERROR [COM]: aRC=E_ACCESSDENIED (0x80070005) aIID={c28be65f-1a8f-43b4-81f1-eb60cb516e66} aComponent={VirtualBox} aText={The object is not ready}, preserve=false

After a couple of messages like this:

39:33:45.893 main ERROR [COM]: aRC=VBOX_E_OBJECT_IN_USE (0x80bb000c) aIID={53f9cc0c-e0fd-40a5-a404-a7a5272082cd} aComponent={Medium} aText={Medium '/home/andrey/VirtualBox VMs/MeeGo 1.2/Snapshots/{7cc3a2df-f865-4b9d-bd27-adadc997dcd3}.vdi' cannot be closed because it is still attached to 1 virtual machines}, preserve=false

See VBoxSVC.log.1, VBoxSVC.log.2, VBox.log in the attachment.

Thanks.

I have the same error on VirtualBox 4.2.4-81684.

I uploaded apport crash file, which includes coredump, to ftp.oracle.com:/appsdev/incoming, with filename '_usr_lib_virtualbox_VBoxHeadless.1000.crash‘
