#414 obsolete Cursor moves bottom-right when mouse integration active, Linux host + XP Guest bruno
Description

Cursor moves bottom-right when mouse integration active, Linux host + XP + SP2 Guest. Worked fine under 1.3.8 with Guest Additions but not with 1.4.0, already upgraded Guest Additions, tried removing and reinstalling with no luck. Also tried SDL_VIDEO_X11_DGAMOUSE=0 under /etc/environment, comfirmed that variable is set, didn't help.

Using Kubuntu 7.04 + Beryl + Nvidia, but also happens with a failsafe session.

Haven't tried a new OS install, I'm using a non-VM installation converted with VMWare Converter to VMDK, then IMG, then VDI, removed VMWare Tools and installed Guest Additions, and worked really fine under 1.3.8.

If I deactivate mouse integration it works fine.

#417 obsolete Shared clipboard does not work and also affect other programs xrfang
Description

I am running VirtualBox 1.4 on Ubuntu 6.10 Host. Guest system is Windows XP Pro.

There are several weird problems:

1) Clipboard sharing only partly works (works sometime, but not always). Also, while it works, it does not paste correctly for Chinese text. Somebody on Ubuntu-CN forum said it was incorrect UTF8 processing for Chinese text (did UTF8 conversion twice) I didn't verify though.

2) It affect other programs! Quite funny... while vbox is running, I try to copy text from Claws-Mail to Firefox, for example, both on the HOST system, it paste something strange. Clipboard return normal while I shut down VBox.
