What do you want to achieve? Unattended install? See the respective 
section in the manual and

The feature is available for quite a while now, but for command line only.

We don't plan to let the user provide completely custom answer files, 
but that's easily possible without the unattended install help in 
VirtualBox if you need it: either use the original install ISO and put 
the answer file on a floppy/2nd DVD drive/USB stick, or use the VISO 
support (see manual) to add the answer file virtually to the install ISO 
(which is what the unattended install feature does internally).
