Yes, that's the symptom of the bug in the configure script which crept
into 6.1.24 already which for on some (but not on all, thanks to
different ordering in different Qt5 pkg-config files) Linux distros made
it pick up the wrong include directory.

Fix is applying https://www.virtualbox.org/changeset/90377/vbox?format=diff
Don't ask me why, but the Qt include ordering seems to be consistent
between all popular deb and rpm based packages, which is why it went
unnoticed for quite a while.
