[vbox-dev] Announcement: VirtualBox 6.1.12, 6.0.24 and 5.2.44 released

Two days later we had VirtualBox-6.1.12a.tar.bz2, this minor version
IMHO should have been announced here.

Packagers download the files automatically and build failed because a
VBOX_WITH_CLOUD_NET and made me waste time when an update was available
:(
