[vbox-dev] Strange behavior when running the UI through SSH

An openSUSE user reports a problem with graphics when operating through the 
network using SSH. https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1169248

He has isolated the problem to certain versions of Qt as follows:

libQt5Core5 5.9.7-lp151.4.3.1 (Leap 15.1 default) => GOOD
libQt5Core5 5.12.8-lp151.1.1 (KDE:Qt:5.12 OBS repo) => NG
libQt5Core5 5.13.1-lp151.2.4 (KDE:Qt:5.13 OBS repo) => GOOD
libQt5Core5 5.14.1-lp151.1.1 (KDE:Qt:5.14 OBS repo) => NG
libQt5Core5 5.15.0~beta3-lp151.1.1 (KDE:Qt:5.15 OBS repo) => NG
(GOOD=this bug does not occur, NG=this bug occurs)

At this point, it is not clear if this is a Qt bug, or a bug in VB that is 
exposed by certain versions of Qt.

Before I do a deep dive into this problem, does this sound like something that 
has been encountered by others?
