[vbox-dev] sanity check for VBOX_ONLY_ADDITIONS

Hello,

Please add a sanity check in Config.kmk for the case VBOX_ONLY_ADDITIONS=1
&& !defined(VBOX_WITH_ADDITIONS). In this case, building the additions
starts, but fails at some point due to missing dependencies.
