It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums (https://forums.virtualbox.org/). More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there.

To answer your question, if I understood it correctly, you want to assign specific cores to specific VMs, aka CPU Affinity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Processor_affinity).

The answer is no.

Your host OS knows better than anyone else how to distribute the load. It's not a good idea to try and outsmart your host.
