Usually we can check here [1] and order files by modified date 
The patch was done for vbox 5.1.28 , but  5.1.30 still need it

BTW you got these 3 patches [2] fixes_for_leap15.patch,
fix_KMS_support.patch, vbox_fix_for_gcc7.patch.

fixes_for_leap15.patch is new, is upstreamed ? 

the other 2 , why not upstream it ? or drop it ?
