It does. And I have to disappoint you but we do not support the OS X version of VirtualBox on non-Apple systems. Your model number (Mac14,2) indicates a late 2013 iMac, but the CPU (Core 2 E7200) shows that your system is nothing like that. Apple never used the E7200 processors at all.
