[vbox-dev] Request for a new BETA cycle in September

Hello Alexey,

Late answer.  I don't expect a new beta cycle in the immediate future, 
but testing is welcome at any time.  The test builds are usually pretty 
up-to-date, and we can usually update them on request if they are not.
