[vbox-dev] kbuild and virtualbox license issues

Hi Ginafranco,

The file in question is NOT included in any program.  As the 'tst-'
prefix indicates, it's a testcase.  It's purpose is triggering a SIGSEGV
scenario in the preprocessor pass of cl.exe.  I'll move it to a 'tests'
subdirectory with a separate COPYING file to make it clearer.
