[vbox-dev] Framebuffer implementation cannot power up a vm (VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_ACCESSIBLE) with VirtualBox 5

FYI, I am loading and calling RTR3InitDll(0) from VBoxRT.so, this was
needed in VirtualBox 4.x, maybe something has changed in 5?
