Sorry. It always takes some time until the download server decides to
finally deliver the updated content. I wrote this announcement when
I saw that the majority of the packages was accessible by direct links
from our download page. The index.html files are updated quite late so
it usually takes another hour until they the new directories are
browsable. But I didn't want to wait any longer :-)
